Another Snake Pyramid (Session 79)

 SESSION 79: The Halls of Magic (23JUL18)

            Leaving the clerical pyramid, we slinked around the back of the massive chamber and made our way to the ‘intact’ pyramid. Escaping the attention of some prehistoric beasts and the dilapidated township of the degenerate serpent people we came to one of the sealed entrances to the magi’s lair. Saff made things easy and flew across the moat and released the drawbridge. 

            Upon entering the pyramid we came encountered what appeared to be a Baalor, fortunately it was actually a disguised clay golem- still a heck of a fight. From there we explored, looted and then found a way to whatever horrors are hidden in the upper level.
